Product introduction

The Motorcycle Compound Safety Test Line consists of Motorcycle axle load tester, Motorcycle brake tester, Speedometer tester, Wheel eccentricity meter and Clamp devices. It can make tests axle load, brake force, speedometer and wheel eccentricity. Combined with headlight, exhaust gas and noise grade tester, it can be a whole motorcycle safety performance test line.

Features:

1.        Whole welded main body has high intensity. It needs not ground bolt to fix and easy to calibrate;

2.        Reasonable disposing, precise testing, simply operation;

3.        Model 750 can make test to the whole motorcycle base, including two wheels and three wheels;

6.        Brake tester adopts high transfer efficiency decelerator, which has high precision, lone duration and low noise.

7.        Speedometer tester adopts high grade dynamic balance roller, uses transducer to control frequency.

8.        Wheel eccentricity tester adopts differential transformer sensor and test precisely.

9.        Axle load tester has reasonable and simple construction, easy to calibrate and well performance in repeated operations.
